✅ Just reach out by phone or in person and we'll get you set up. Quick and simple.

❓ Are you Insured?
✅ Yes, we're Fully Insured!

❓ Do I need to be Home when you come?
✅ Nope. You don't need to be home for us to get the job done.

❓ How do I Pay & what do you Accept?
✅ You can pay Online or with Cash, and we accept All Forms Of Payment.

❓ Do you offer Contracts or One Time Service?
✅ Both. You can sign up for a season plan or book a single one time service, whatever suits you best.

❓ Can I Cancel my plan anytime?
✅ Our season plans are a Commitment for the season, so they can't be cancelled partway through.

❓ How soon can you Start?
✅ We can usually get going Within The Week, depending on our schedule.

❓ Do you offer Same Day or Emergency service?
✅ Sometimes, yes. We offer same day emergency mowing when we're able to, for a Small Extra Fee.

❓ How Often will you mow my lawn?
✅ That's up to you. We build the schedule around Your Lawn & Your Needs.

❓ What Mowing Schedules do you offer?
✅ We offer Weekly, Biweekly, & Three Visits A Month. The plans work the same way, the only difference is how often we come.

❓ What's included in a Standard Cut?
✅ A standard cut is a Mow, a Weed Whack, & a Leaf Blow to finish. We Mulch the clippings right back into the lawn.

❓ What's the difference between The Basics & The Works?
✅ The Basics is your mow, weed whack, and blow off. The Works adds Edging on top, plus your Seasonal Benefits like aeration, fertilization, and a fall clean up.

❓ Do you Bag the clippings or Leave them on the lawn?
✅ It depends on your package. We can Mulch them back into the lawn or Bag them up, whatever your plan calls for.

❓ Do you Trim & Edge every visit?
✅ Not Every Visit. Edging is part of The Works and the finishing touches we do on a set schedule.

❓ What happens if it Rains on my scheduled day?
✅ If it rains on your day, we'll either get to it Later That Day if the grass allows, or on the Next Dry Day.

❓ What Height do you cut at?
✅ We set the cutting height based on Your Lawn & Your Needs.

❓ Can a Clean Up be added to my plan?
✅ If you're on The Works plan, a clean up can be added to your First Cut. A full yard clean up on its own is a Separate Service.

❓ Is snow removal part of my Lawn Plan?
✅ No, snow removal is Billed Separately from your lawn plans.

❓ How does snow removal Billing work?
✅ Each snow removal plan is Billed Per Visit. To hold your spot for the season, we take a Ten Visit Deposit up front.

❓ When do you come out to Clear Snow?
✅ You don't need to call us. We Automatically come out whenever there's more than 2.5 cm of snow.

❓ What do you Clear?
✅ We clear Driveways, Sidewalks, & Entrances, and we'll work out whatever setup fits your property best.

❓ Do you offer Salting or Ice Control?
✅ Yes, we offer Both. Salting is Optional, so it's there if you want it.

❓ Is the first mow really Free?
✅ Yes. When you sign up for a Full Season with more than Five Months left in the season, your First Mow Is On Us. 🎉

❓ What Discounts do you offer?
✅ A few ways to save. Keep a KW Lawn Mowing Sign in your yard for the first month and get 5% Off. Seniors get 5% Off too. And for the 2026 season, we're taking $25 Off your first mow.
