What’s in each tier

Complete carries our Best value badge. Premium is the royal treatment. More care, not a faster visit - every plan runs on the same booked-day schedule.

Not included on any tier, but easy to add: edging can be added to Standard or Complete for $10 to $20 a visit depending on lawn size, without stepping up to Premium.

How the season runs

1. Tell us your lawn size, Small, Medium or Large, or use our lawn size guide. Anything over 8,000 sq ft is quoted on site.
2. Pick weekly (27 visits) or every 2 weeks (15 visits).
3. Pick Standard, Complete or Premium.
4. We mow on your booked day from April 15 to November 1. If Complete or Premium, aeration lands in spring and overseeding lands in fall, automatically, no extra call needed.

We come on your booked day. We can’t promise a time, because rain days and reschedules change the route.

How paying works

A Summer plan is one payment for the whole season, plus HST, charged when you check out online. There is no second charge later in the year for this plan.

You can cancel any time with 14 days’ notice. You only pay for visits completed, and a prepaid season is refunded for the unused portion. Full details, including the extra 10-day cooling-off right Ontario gives you on a plan sign-up, are on our refund and cancellation policy.

Every-2-weeks mowing is available all season on a plan, including spring, no weekly requirement.

What Premium actually buys you

Premium isn’t priced higher because it’s faster. It’s priced higher because it’s more:

• Core aeration, booked in spring: $275 Small, $399 Medium, $549 Large on its own (full aeration pricing), included in Premium.
• A real edger on every visit, not just the string trimmer: $10 to $20 a visit on its own, included in Premium.
• Organic fertilizer, four times a season: $499 as a standalone season program, included in Premium. Compost tea and worm castings, never a chemical spray. Pink is the new green.

Overseeding and the fall clean-up in Complete and Premium

Overseeding is booked in fall, when new grass actually takes. The fall clean-up (leaves, trimming, debris hauled away) is sized to your lawn: $100 Small, $150 Medium, $200 Large. Both land automatically if your plan is Complete or Premium - you don’t have to call to schedule either one. Want a clean-up without a plan? Our standalone yard clean up starts at $450, and even our smaller stand-alone leaf-only clean-up runs $139 to $399 depending on lawn size, so a Complete or Premium plan’s included fall clean-up is still the better deal at every size.

Your rights when you sign up for a plan

Because a Summer plan is a service delivered over the season rather than in one visit, Ontario law treats it as an “internet agreement” and likely a “future performance agreement” too. In practice that means:

• Before you pay, you’ll see our business name and contact details, what’s included, the full price with HST shown separately, and the cancellation terms below - the same disclosures on this page and at checkout.
• You get a clear chance to review and correct your order and to accept or decline it before you’re charged.
• We’ll send a written copy of your plan agreement by email within 15 days of sign-up.
• Ontario gives you 10 days to cancel for any reason, no questions asked, starting from whichever is later: when you get that written copy, or when your first visit happens. This is on top of, not instead of, our own 14-day cancellation notice.
• We never auto-renew a plan or add anything mid-season without asking you first.

Cancel any time with 14 days’ notice - you only pay for visits already completed, and a prepaid season is refunded for the unused portion. Every price above is before HST; HST at 13% is added and shown as its own line at checkout.

Summer plan FAQ

What if it rains on my mowing day? We reschedule to the next clear day on the route. The weekly visit count already plans for 2 rain weeks a season, so a normal wet stretch doesn’t cost you a missed cut.

Can I do every 2 weeks in the spring, when grass grows fastest? Yes. On a plan, every-2-weeks mowing is available for the whole season, spring included.

Why is aeration in spring instead of fall, if fall is supposed to be better for it? Fall is generally the stronger window for aeration on cool-season lawns. We book it in spring because that’s when our aeration crew has capacity - it still helps compacted KW clay soil either way, just not at the theoretical ideal time.

Can I add edging or fertilizer without going Premium? Edging, yes, for $10 to $20 a visit depending on lawn size. Fertilizer as a standalone service is on our organic fertilizer page.

What happens to my lawn after November 1? Mowing season ends when the grass stops growing for the year, usually right around November 1. If you also want winter covered, look at our Winter plans or bundle both in a Year-Round plan.
