Lawn and Snow Plans in Kitchener-Waterloo
A plan means you stop thinking about your lawn or your driveway and we start showing up. Our lawn maintenance packages come in three lines: Summer for mowing season, Winter for snow, or Year-Round to cover both with one payment. Every plan comes in three tiers, and the tiers mean the same thing no matter which plan you pick.
Summer plans start at $47.49 a visit. Winter plans start at $712.36 for the whole season. Year-Round plans start at $132.99 a month. All prices are plus HST.

Three plans, one tier system
We built one naming system so you only have to learn it once.
- Standard is the honest basics, done reliably, every time.
- Complete is for people who want the season handled properly, not just the mowing or the plowing. It carries our Best value badge.
- Premium (summer) or Priority (winter) is the full package: every extra service included, and on the winter side, first on the route after a storm.

Which plan is which
Summer Plans
Weekly or every-2-weeks mowing from April 15 to November 1. Standard covers the mow, trim and blow. Complete adds overseeding and a fall clean-up. Premium adds spring aeration, a real edger on every visit and four organic fertilizer treatments. See Summer plan prices →, or request a quote.
Winter Plans
Unlimited snow clearing, Nov 1 to Apr 15, at our 5 cm trigger. Standard clears your driveway, front path and city sidewalk usually within 12 hours. Complete adds your choice of salt and gets you cleared within 8 hours. Priority puts you first on the route, usually within 3 hours. See Winter plan prices →, or request a quote.
Year-Round Plans
Pair a Summer tier with its matching Winter tier and pay one equal amount every month, all year, in 12 equal payments that stop on their own after the 12th. No re-booking in October, no re-booking in April. See Year-Round plan prices →, or request a quote.
How a plan works
- Tell us your lawn size, driveway size, or both. Use our size guide if you’re not sure, or text us a photo.
- Pick Standard, Complete or Premium/Priority, and weekly or every 2 weeks for mowing.
- We confirm the price in writing before anything is charged.
- You’re on the route. Summer plans run April 15 to November 1. Winter plans run November 1 to April 15. Year-Round plans cover both without a gap.
We come on your booked day. We can’t promise a time, because rain days and reschedules change the route.
Why people trust a plan over calling every time
We hold a 4.9 star rating from 108 Google reviews, verified 16 September 2026. Cancel any plan any time with 14 days’ notice - you only pay for visits already completed, and a prepaid season is refunded for the unused portion. HST is always shown as its own line, never buried in the price. Every plan runs in Kitchener and Waterloo, with Mannheim at the edge - we don’t cover Cambridge, so we’d rather tell you that up front than sign you up for a route we can’t run.
Plans FAQ
Do I have to sign up for a whole season? No. Plans are how you get the best price and the most predictable service, but every service is also available one visit at a time. Mowing is on our lawn mowing page and one-off snow clearing is on our snow removal page.
What if I only want mowing, not snow, or the other way around? That’s exactly what Summer and Winter plans are for on their own. Year-Round is for people who want both handled without thinking about it twice a year.
Can I switch tiers partway through? Talk to us. Most switches are easy to arrange, especially moving up a tier.
What happens if I need to cancel? Any time, with 14 days’ notice. You pay only for visits already completed, and a prepaid season gets the unused portion refunded.
Is HST included in these prices? No. Every price on this page and the plan pages is before HST. HST at 13% is added and shown as its own line.
