Junk Removal in Waterloo, Ontario
A crew shows up, carries it out, sweeps the space and hauls it to the scale, starting at $450 plus HST. Waterloo’s older Uptown streets are mostly century homes on deep, narrow lots, many with no driveway at all, so we barrow down the side of the house and the real cost is often the stairs, a 1920s flight with a turn at the bottom is exactly where the per-flight charge comes in. Beechwood, Westvale and Lincoln Heights are seventies and eighties backsplits with a single attached garage, so a garage clear-out there is usually the easy version of this job, no stairs at all. The Region’s own landfill and household hazardous waste depot sits right in Waterloo, 925 Erb Street West, a short run for most of the city, and it’s the scale ticket your dump fee is based on.

Waterloo FAQ
My Uptown Waterloo street has no driveway and no parking. Is that extra? No separate surcharge. The barrow route and any stairs are sized into the quote before we book, not added after.
Where does the junk actually go? Non-hazardous items go to the Region of Waterloo’s own landfill site on Erb Street West in Waterloo, the only landfill operating in the Region. Paint, propane, batteries and other household hazardous waste go through the Region’s separate depot instead; ask us before you book if you have any of that in the pile.
Serving Kitchener too
We run junk removal across Kitchener and Waterloo, with Mannheim at the edge. Full service detail on junk removal, and Kitchener’s own notes on junk removal in Kitchener. Full boundary on the service area page.
