Mannheim: our edge case
Mannheim’s own addresses generally carry the N3A prefix, the same one as Baden and New Hamburg. Wilmot Township also has separate rural-route addresses on the N0B prefix for other villages nearby that we don’t serve, so N3A and N0B aren’t automatically yes or no on their own. Either way, we check Mannheim by street, not by postal code. Text us your address and we’ll tell you directly.
Where we don’t go, yet
We don’t currently serve Cambridge (N1P, N1R, N1S, N1T, N3C, N3E, N3H), Guelph (N1C, N1E, N1G, N1H, N1K, N1L), Brantford (N3P, N3R, N3S, N3T, N3V), or New Hamburg, Baden and the rest of Wilmot Township (N3A, outside the Mannheim street check above). If you’re just over one of these lines, we’re sorry to miss you. We keep our routes tight on purpose so the same crew sees your street every visit, and growing the map carefully is part of how we keep that promise. If your postal code isn’t listed anywhere on this page, ask us before you book rather than assume either way.
How booking days work
We run set route days by area so the same crew is on the same streets each week, and a new sign-up usually gets the day that already has the most neighbours nearby on the route. If that day is full for your street, we offer the next best option for your area instead. In general terms, by area:

This is a starting point, not a guarantee of a specific day. If the fit is wrong once you’re booked, we adjust it by hand. Snow clearing has no fixed days. Every driveway on the route gets cleared after each snowfall of 5 cm or more; there’s no day-of-the-week booking for winter.
