How to measure your property

Only the property inside the striped border is selected. Neighbors stay unhighlighted. The dimmed, hatched house is left out; green is lawn and blue is driveway.

01 · OUTLINE

Draw around the yard

Tap the outside corners, then Finish shape. One large box is fine if it follows your service area. The striped border stays visible against the grass.

02 · HOUSE EXCLUDED

The house is not lawn

The dimmed, striped building is automatically subtracted—even inside one big box. Check it is your building. If no footprint is found, use Remove non-grass area to exclude it yourself.

03 · SEPARATE THE SURFACES

Trace the driveway in blue. Remove patios, paths, pools and beds in orange. Those areas are cut out of the green lawn highlight. Overlapping deductions count once.

Snow only? Outline just the driveway or parking area you want cleared. Need a correction? Choose Edit corners, select the outline, then drag its dots.
